Career Bridge is a structured interest assessment, not a prediction. It is a starting point for a conversation: with your child, their teachers, and if you choose, a career coach.

Built on the Holland (RIASEC) framework career counsellors have used for decades, with every question rewritten for Kenyan secondary students.

The practical facts

For each career: the degree or diploma, the typical entry grade, years of study, the subjects to back and an indicative starting pay. Always confirm current requirements with KUCCPS.

Not a verdict

Interests change between Form 2 and Form 4. We recommend re-taking Career Bridge once a year and treating each result as the agenda for a conversation, not a decision.

My child's result doesn't match what I had in mind. What now?: That is common and useful. The results show the interests behind each match; often the career you had in mind shares most of them. Start there rather than with the job title.
Does Career Bridge see my child's grades?: No. Career Bridge measures interest, not ability. The entry grades shown are so you can judge together whether a path is realistic and what the subject targets need to be.
Is my child's data safe?: Results are saved to your child's own Career Bridge account. Nothing is shared unless your child sends you their link, and we never sell or share data with universities or advertisers.
Can we talk to someone?: Yes. Career Bridge works with career coaches who can take you through the results in a one-to-one session. Prices are set by each coach and shown before you book.
